Paul Jobson

Paul Jobson brings more than three decades of experience in soccer leadership, coaching, player development, and community building to Waco’s USL League Two organization.

A former NCAA Division I women’s soccer coach, Jobson spent 17 years coaching at the collegiate level, including 14 years at Baylor University. Throughout his career, he has focused on building programs, developing people, and creating environments where players, coaches, and organizations can grow and succeed.

Today, Jobson serves as Director of Atlético Dallas Youth – Central Texas, helping lead the growth and development of soccer throughout the region. He and his wife, Marci, a former U.S. Women’s National Team member and collegiate soccer coach, also lead Warrior Way Soccer and Warrior Way Gives. Together, their work uses soccer to develop young people, serve families, expand access to the game, and build meaningful partnerships throughout Central Texas and internationally.

Jobson has also developed soccer relationships in Spain and Latin America, helping connect players and organizations across different levels and cultures of the game.

For Jobson, the growth of soccer in Waco is deeply personal. He and Marci have raised their four boys in the community and have spent years investing in the people and organizations that make Central Texas home. He sees USL League Two as an opportunity to help build a stronger soccer pathway in Waco—connecting youth players, local families, college soccer, and the professional game while creating a team the entire community can call its own.
